The Seward County Department of Health is considering coming to Seward County Community College to administer COVID-19 vaccinations if there is enough need and participation by our faculty and staff. If you wish to participate and receive the vaccination when it becomes available please provide the following information:
	Are you over 65?
	Do you have preexisting conditions?
	Are you an educator or come in contact with more than 40 people where social distancing cannot be observed.
